Key takeaways

  • Sexual and intimate wellness at Superior Wellness serves women and men, with the same lab-guided, provider-led workup as the rest of the practice.
  • Women choose from three outcome-based pathways, Reconnect, Control, and Restore, mapped to your picture at the consultation.
  • The men’s pathway is built around PRP Sexual Wellness, paired with a TRT workup where testosterone is part of the picture.
  • Many sexual wellness concerns have a hormone driver underneath, so the first move is often a hormone workup, not a procedure.
For women

Three pathways. One conversation.

Every woman’s experience is different. That’s why we built three distinct pathways for intimate wellness, each one designed around a specific set of concerns and outcomes. Your consultation is where we figure out which one fits your picture.

Desire · sensitivity · intimacy

Reconnect

For women who want their desire, sensitivity, and intimacy back.

You used to feel it. That spark, that connection, that comfort in your own body. Somewhere along the way it faded and you’re not sure if it’s hormones, age, stress, or something else entirely. You just know it’s not what it used to be and you’re ready to do something about it.

Reconnect is for the woman who wants to feel present in her body again. To enjoy intimacy again. Whether the shift happened gradually, after pregnancy, after a hormonal change, or at a point in life where everything shifted at once, this pathway is built to address the root of what changed and give you a real path back.

Leakage · incontinence · pelvic floor

Control

For women who want their body back and their confidence with it.

You laugh and you leak. You sneeze and you hold your breath. You’ve stopped doing certain workouts, certain activities, certain moments because you can’t trust your body the way you used to. It’s not just inconvenient. It’s isolating. And you’re tired of planning your life around it.

Control is for the woman dealing with bladder leakage, urinary incontinence, or pelvic floor weakness, whether it showed up after pregnancy, during perimenopause, or somewhere in between. This pathway targets the structural concerns first, with meaningful sexual wellness benefits alongside.

The comprehensive pathway

Restore

For women who want it all addressed, completely and finally.

You’re dealing with more than one thing. The intimacy isn’t what it was. The leakage is real. Your body feels unfamiliar in ways that are hard to explain and harder to talk about. You’ve put this off long enough. You want the full picture addressed, not just one piece of it.

Restore is the comprehensive pathway for the woman who is ready to feel fully like herself again, in her body, in her relationship, and in her daily life. It brings together everything needed to address both pelvic floor function and intimate wellness at the same time, with a provider who takes the whole picture seriously.

Every pathway begins with a free 30-minute consultation. You leave with a clear recommendation and the space to decide. An optional upgrade is available across all pathways: PT-141, a prescribed peptide for enhanced desire, available after a provider consultation. The pathways draw on the Sexual Wellness Suite and PRP Intimate Rejuvenation for women.

For men

PRP Sexual Wellness for men.

The men’s pathway is built around PRP Sexual Wellness and, where appropriate, paired with a TRT workup. Patients come in for mild to moderate erectile changes, changes in sensitivity, recovery support after prostate surgery, Peyronie’s, and performance optimization.

In the consultation your provider reviews your history, your goals, and the hormone picture if testosterone hasn’t been worked up recently. For many men, sexual wellness concerns are partly testosterone, partly tissue, and partly recovery. The protocol that results from the consultation reflects which of those is actually driving what you’re noticing.

The procedure uses your own blood, processed and reintroduced to support sensitivity, performance, and tissue health. The program also includes a medical-grade at-home device as part of the post-procedure protocol. Read about PRP Sexual Wellness for men.

The connection

Why hormones and sexual wellness are connected.

For many patients, the first move on sexual wellness is actually a hormone workup. Low libido, dryness, performance changes, and shifts in desire are often downstream of estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone moving outside your functional range. A device or a PRP procedure can do real work, but it works better when the underlying hormone picture is dosed correctly first.

When a patient comes in for sexual wellness, our provider takes the full picture into account. If a hormone optimization program would do more of the work, we say so. If a device or PRP protocol is the right step, we say that too. The honest read is the point.

The hormone pathways

The consultation

What to expect at your consultation.

The free consultation runs 30 minutes in a private room at our Wethersfield office. Suite 303 is on the third floor and the building is elevator accessible, with free on-site parking.

Your provider walks through your history, what you’re hoping to address, and any prior treatments or workups you’ve already done. From there, the conversation covers which pathway fits, what the procedure or program actually involves, what the timeline and recovery look like, and what investment to plan for. Nothing is booked in the consultation room. You leave with a recommendation and the space to decide.

If a hormone workup belongs in the picture, your provider may also recommend a separate Superior Blueprint visit so the hormone side gets the same lab-guided treatment as the device or PRP side.

Common questions

Common questions about sexual wellness.

You may have seen those names. They are trademarked terms for platelet-rich plasma procedures, and many practices license them under those brand names. We perform the same category of PRP procedure under the names PRP Intimate Rejuvenation for women and PRP Sexual Wellness for men. The clinical approach is the same. The trademarked names belong to a third party, so we use the descriptive names instead.
Not necessarily, but sometimes it is the right starting point. Many sexual wellness concerns have a hormone component. If your hormone picture hasn’t been worked up recently, the provider may recommend a Superior Blueprint visit alongside or before a device or PRP program. The recommendation is based on what your consultation finds, not a default rule.
No. Sexual wellness procedures and device programs are self-pay only. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and we offer financing through CareCredit and Cherry. Insurance does not cover this category of treatment at any practice, regardless of provider.
The consultation is one on one with the provider in a private room with the door closed. No assistants, no observers, no scribes. The conversation is HIPAA-protected and never appears in any public-facing material. You decide what to share and how much.
That is the most common feeling people walk in with. Our provider has years of experience having these conversations, and she leads. You answer what you are ready to answer. Many patients say the consultation itself was the part they had been avoiding, and that it felt very different from what they expected.
It varies by treatment, by individual, and by the underlying picture. PRP procedures are typically repeated annually for sustained results. Sexual Wellness Suite programs may include a maintenance cadence depending on the indication. We will review the timelines and any maintenance expectations during the consultation so you know what the year ahead looks like before you start.
For most patients, downtime is minimal. The Sexual Wellness Suite devices are non-incisional and most patients return to normal activity the same day. PRP procedures involve a short recovery window with specific aftercare instructions. The exact downtime, restrictions, and aftercare are reviewed in the consultation and again before the procedure so you can plan accordingly.
