Plans change, we get it. Give us 48 hours notice by phone and we’ll reschedule you at no charge. Cancellations inside 48 hours carry a $50 fee. For free Discovery Calls and consults, a quick heads-up is all we ask.

We’re a self-pay practice and don’t bill insurance. HSA and FSA cards are accepted, and financing is available through CareCredit and Cherry. See payment plans.
