No, we are a self-pay clinic and do not accept or bill any type of health insurance. Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, check, credit card, debit card, FSA/HSA, and medical financing such as Care Credit and Cherry (coming soon)

The self-pay clinic model allows us to provide patients with comprehensive and individualized care while avoiding unnecessary struggles with health insurance restrictions and requirements. Unfortunately, many services are not considered medically necessary by insurance companies, despite research being available on their benefits.

  • A review of your medical, family, and surgical history
  • A head-to-toe physical examination
  • An in-depth discussion regarding problematic symptoms, health risks, and treatment goals
  • Education on risk factors and benefits of therapy
  • Review of your lab work orders, this will need to be done prior to your initial appointment
  • Personalized treatment plan

Yes, we do. However, we require into our offices for your initial visit. All follow up visits can be done via telemedicine or virtually. This allows us to work around your schedule, providing you with convenience and privacy. Cancellation/Rescheduling.

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. Out of courtesy to other patients and our providers, we ask that you please notify the office as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations and requests to reschedule less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a $50 late-cancellation fee for non- emergent cancellations.
